CANCELLATIONS
There is a $20 cancellation fee to cover
administration costs when you cancel your reservation.
Cancellations
made with less than 7 days notice will be charged in full for one night unless we can rebook the room.
*The
one
night room availability is higher to
cover the cost
of water
and electricity
used
to launder linens and
the cost
of labor
to clean the room.
Many lodgings
require a
2
night minimum due to these
extra costs.
We would like
to offer one night stays and,
therefore, we offset the costs with a nominal one night charge.

PELICAN ROOM
Peak season: One
night $180 / Special rate for two or more nights $165 per night (based on double occupancy)

Large room with king size bed and daybed. Sleeps up to 4 people with roomy,
private bath with tub. Deck overlooks the bay. Perfect for early morning coffee
or romantic evening with candlelight. Feathertop mattresses and hardwood floors
makes this the perfect room for families and pets.
*Extra person is $25.00 and children 11 and under are $15.00 per night/Pet guest
is $15 per night
EGRET ROOM
Peak season: One night $160 / Special rate for two or more nights $145 per
night (based on double occupancy)
Queen size bed and private bath with shower. Deck overlooks the bay with your
own tall table and chairs for afternoon coffee, tea, or snacks. Feathertop
mattress and hardwood floors. Airbed is available for additional guest in this
room. Pets welcome.
*Extra person is $25.00 and children 11 and under are $15.00 per night/Pet Guest
is $15 per night
WALRUS ROOM
Peak season: One night $130 /
Special rate for two or more nights $115 per night (based on double occupancy)
Small cozy room with queen size bed.
Private balcony with water view. Private bath with tub is just across the
hall and can be locked with room key. Robes are provided. See the stars at night through the skylight. Great
room for two people.
Pets welcome/ Pet Guest is $15 per night
The Otter Room is closed.
The OTTER ROOM is
only available May 25th through September
Peak season: One night $160 / Special rate for two or more nights $145
per night (based on double occupancy)
Large room downstairs with separate entrance.
Queen size bed and private bath with shower.
Coffee maker and refrigerator
in the room.
Airbed is available for extra guest in this room. Quiet and spacious.
This is a great room for small children and pets.
*Extra person is $25.00 and children 11 and under are $15.00 per night.
For the Pelican, Egret, and Walrus Rooms upstairs, you can make
coffee, tea, or hot chocolate any time and there is a small refrigerator for
guest use.
Fresh-baked cookies are served every afternoon.
